Poor customer service...I ordered a half rack of Lamb that is pictured And described as having 4 chops to it ...the one I received had 3 ...this was ordered to serve my self and my husband for our anniversary meal ...call me picky but if the picture shows 4 chops to it and the description says that then I consider it reasonable to expect that this is what I would receive ..I emailed to share my disappointment at only getting 1 chop whilst my husband gets 2 and the company sent their apologies that this had 'slipped past quality control' and confirmed that yes the description and photo shows 4 ribs and by way of an apology gave me a code for 10% off my next order ....well gee whizz!.. I'm a not certain how the the company comes to the conclusion that agreeing that the product does not match the picture or the description equals 10% off a further order taking a pot luck chance of receiving something that does match what you order ....well I'm afraid it's a no from me ...this was only my second order and my faith in the goods has taken a blow so I shall return to shopping in store where I can see what I am getting .....note...I work in a customer environment and if as a company you want to grow your customer base and retain your customers you need to Resolve any problems that arise not feed back transparent apologies and future discounts ...I did not want money off my next order all I wanted was the product I ordered in good faith to be correct or be replaced
