Ordered bone broth online. Website easy to use. Delivery arrived on the day and in the time slot specified. The pouches arrived still frozen thanks to the really excellent packaging. I also appreciated that all their packaging is recyclable! The invoice was in a nice little folder, which also gave some useful information on how to store, defrost and heat the broth. I was quite impressed. I feel I’ve ordered a product that has been carefully prepared and shipped real with care, and that the company has a high standard of customer service. I definitely recommend. Oh, and the bone broth is delicious too :)
