I've forgotten how long we as a family have been eating organic foods, when we find a new supplier we usually cant wait to try the product.
This case the first out of the bag and into the pan was a rump steak, I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the steak it was a quality piece of meat, which would reflect the organic and husbandry method used in their care of animals and the end product.
The sausages will be next, looking forward to those.
