We are thoroughly enjoying our order of liver and venison. They cooked and tasted beautiful, texture like butter. So fresh! We cut our cooked liver into small squares then freeze them and add one a day each to our daily vitamins.....a good source of vitamin B12. We have yet to try the fish which is in our freezer and looks so good!
