Oh dear, things are not looking good for this company. I've had a live telephone call and a web chat, problem still not rectified.
I placed an order on the 9th February, order total £119.98, the money was taken from my account immediately, I saw on the 13th a further amount of £119.98 was taken, I called and spoke with a very pleasant Daniel who unfortunately could not help me and even told me that the money would not have been taken twice, that it's impossible as the company does not store card details. I tried to explain that I was in fact looking at my online bank statement as we spoke and that the money had most certainly left my account twice, he said his supervisor would call me to explain ... still waiting for that call!! I've been in touch again this morning via web chat with Mikey and he couldn't help either, surprise surprise, he has also told me his supervisor will call me today. No where during the order process was I informed of a "pending transaction" payment being taken as well as the original payment, in my opinion this is theft and fraud. Apparently my order was shipped 2 days ago and the "pending transaction" will be back in my account within 2/3 days. If I had known all this before I placed my order I would not have done so and will most certainly not be making any purchases. Not entirely sure where my order was shipped from that it is taking so long to arrive! At this point I am seriously regretting placing an order. I shall be reporting the company to the necessary authorities
