I have now purchased 3 items from coopers.first was the tabletop mini-oven for my son,very pleased.second insulated teapot which is great ok lid gets hot but what can you expect if you want hot tea? the third was the coffee percolater.compared to a very well known brand which cost a great deal more the coffee stays hot for a long period unlike the more expensive one which went luke warm within 30 mins.i am highly satisfied with all products customer service and delivery time.very surprised at some of the negative reviews.i will most definitely use again and also recommend to friends and family. chris.hodkin Derbyshire.
