I ordered a two step folding stool on the 14th January. Despatch was confirmed on the 16th January and the goods were delivered at 10:30am on Saturday 17th January. The stool is made of good hard wood and well constructed. I was quite prepared for it to be supplied in flat pack form but was pleasantly surprised to find it assembled. I am very pleased with shopping experience I have had with Coopers and would not hesitate to recommend them.
