Placed an order with Coopers as a father’s day gift on the 5th May, received confirmation of order and in stock, received invoice, received email stating that the item was waiting to be dispatched, 2 weeks later still waiting for item, contacted sales, I was informed that they had no stock and my order had been cancelled, no other item was offered as a replacement. Contacted customer services the person that I spoke too didn’t careless.<br/>Contacted the management the response was much the same, no customer service what so ever, sent a further email to the management not had a reply, unable to contact any person with authority, would I recommend this company? No definitely not.
