Für eine Rückmeldung von Coox brauchte es zwei Anrufe, eine Mail und für die Anforderung eines Retourenscheins weite E-Mails. Das war das erste Mal, dass ich einem Lieferanten hinterher laufen musste und das alles weil Coox die Maße geändert hat. Es sind gute Produkte aber so macht Einkaufen keinen Spaß und verzichte lieber oder entscheide mich für eine andere Marke.
