Copart has scammed me out of £4500 sold me a van with a blown engine sold as runs and drives condition!! It's still sat in Sandy's yard now as in their terms and conditions it states once it leaves copart it's sold "as is" and they are refusing to give me my money back!! I went to collect the van and heard the engine was blown went straight in to the office and was told I had to email complaints department, 1 week later I got a reply saying they would not give me my money back and if I wanted to sell it through them instead it could now say it has mechanical issues!!!!! It's the same van you sold me and has not moved. Absolutely unfair and false advertising!! I have raised this with trading standards so please avoid and don't trust them!!!
