I set out the requirements to them asking for a quote to buy an HP 200 series printer with two trays and b/w , copy and scan to replace an existing HP specs provided and they were ignored . The HP is a small printer that can be placed on a desk. I received proposals for Canon 4 plus tray multifunction standing computer/copier centres for leasing. I was also asked to support/join a campaign to fight hunger . I suppose using a charity to promote your business is quite the modern "woke" thing. But I just wanted a quote to replace an HP desk printer. Don't waste your time with this site. But I shouldn't have been surprised it being an internet promotion.
