Copper Kettle Popcorn customer service surprisingly wonderful, I didn’t expect any response from the company since I was missing a bag of my 8 bag bundle ordered. At first I figured why even try, but went ahead anyways. I received an apology and super fast “ we will make it right “ attitude by mailing the one bag no questions asked. To be honest that would have been the difference of whether I would have purchased their product again. Will definitely order again. The Popcorn yummy!! I did share with my manager and he couldn’t wait to order his own stash! We both agreed the the BUTTER BRICKLE and Salted Caramel were our favorites! We couldn’t stop munching on the Butter Brickle until it was gone! The Salted Caramel perfect blend of sweet and savory.
