thursday 10th december following a visit from a 4th engineer a month now of a leaking radiator, the latest information given to me is that the radiator is leaking due to a pinhole leak caused by sludge in the system which means you do not cover the repair conveniently ,this is certainly not satisfactory as firstly all other engineers looked in the system and none of the 3 mentioned this also. plus a power flush was done earlier in the year, so again the radiator has been left leaking , you are not fulfilling your service as a company and are now in total breach of the contract as you are now looking for excuses to not carry out the work,, i have now took this up with the ombudsmen and will be seeking compensation through loss of earnings, damage to my floor and any phone call charges i may receive , do not take out a corgi homeplan what a disgraceful company
