I rang Corgi on Saturday morning
to report a problem with a tap.
As of yesterday evening nobody
had called me, so l rang again
around 10pm and after going
through all the pre-waffle was
told l would get a call today
(Tuesday). I have just called
again and have been told the
out of hours services closes at
8pm. In the meantime Corgi
have deducted £50 from my
account for the excess. It seems
everything is contracted out to
third party plumbers with Corgi
having no idea if a call has been
actioned. They only "react" if a
customer advises that no one
has turned up. So basically they
take your money, give a rubbish
service, and if a few customers
fall off the edge then so be it.
We has a similar instance the last
time we called them out and were
hoping things would be better on
this occasion, but it hasn't turned
out to be the case. With any luck,
if anyone can be bothered, l might
even get a call tomorrow.
