Absolutely useless company.
Do not use!!!
Fit things in your home (didn't ask for) during boiler replacement and then tell you their plan doesn't cover it. So if it goes wrong in future (told by them prone to do so) you will have to pay someone else to fix.
Hours on phone talking to people who say they are helping you but don't. Just put you on hold and then though to other people who say it's nothing to with them.
