Don’t bother. I am an ex corgi and gas safe engineer with over 45 years experience in the gas industry.
They left my father who’ 90 without any heating or hot water for 3 days in sub zero conditions. It was impossible to make contact to report a breakdown I tried too for several hours on day three of the breakdown.
This company using this once trusted name do not deliver when needed and tell untruths.
If you seriously value your breakdown cover do not use this company
