Everything went wrong. The worst service I've every received. To much to say about them
Don't trust them Don't join them. You'll only regret it. 9 days no heating no hot water. I've called the. 20 times never call me back. Lie.....basically they will do anything not to come out and do what you have paid for. Absolutely disgusting
