I have requested help to sort out a blocked drain chamber in my house which prevents me from using all items including the toilets that use water to ensure the drain does not leak into the house. The response time is claimed to be within 2hours or 24 hours . No engineer has contacted me since.although I have have contacted Corgi 3days ago. and again today. This is not the first time I have this problem of having no indication that my problem will be resolved .
