Recap of my order experience: - Submitted initial order inquiry on the website. - After about a week or so of no follow-up, I called to check on it and was told they were working on it. - After a couple of days of still no hearing from someone, I called again and finally got some progress made to where I was able to put the order in. - After seeing the order confirmation, I emailed back saying the back colors were incorrect. - After getting no response to that email, I called and was told they would make sure they got that corrected and confirm with me all was well. - After getting no response on that, the boards showed up. Of the 4 sets I ordered, two were packaged incorrectly (the sets got mixed up and weren't packaged together). Thankfully the bag colors did come as they should have. So in total, there were 4 instances of no proper follow-up and the order was not shipped correctly. Thankfully the boards themselves came as intended and are nice, but I would recommend working with someone else based on my experience and save yourself the unnecessary trouble.
