There was damage to the products I ordered, which took several weeks to solve, but they did everything they could to resolve the problem. They even contemplated driving a replacement from Cornwall to me in Leeds! When we resolved the issue finally they wrote and thanked me for being such a nice customer and told me that they would miss being in contact with me.
