I gave up after losing so much to them. We can only assume that this is a scam after a massive Thanksgiving bonus scheme because the community administrators have disappeared, the app is still operational, but withdrawals are not working.
I sought help from "tagsecltd.com" since, at the very least, they are trustworthy and they managed to get me my reimbursement of roughly $9,000. It will be a miracle if it resurfaces.
