My order was cancelled without any notification. It took the company days to respond to my inquiry when I finally realized what happened. They gave me some BS explanation about not being able to "verify" the transaction and that they had "tried" to contact me.
Interestingly the product I had ordered from this company was suddenly much more expensive!!
