I placed an order on Dec 15th and it just arrived today...Jan 5th!!!
When you charge your customers for shipping, like you did to me, they expect better service.
I also ordered from one of your competitors on Dec 15th, and received it Dec 24th., and they did not charge me for shipping!!!!!!!
I will will never support you business again!
