Great idea for a consumer cosmetics site. However, given the fact that I reside in Canada, I’m experiencing a very long and extended delivery process. I may add that there was very little follow-up or communication from ‘Cosmetics Now’ as to the delay. Only when I raised the issue did they attempt to reassure me that the reason was solely due to the COVID disruption. Hard to believe given that I’ve had timely arrivals with similar orders with other companies. Seems Cosmetics Now’s distribution system needs to be more efficiently serviced. In summary there is great hype about the site and the breadth of products it offers however the follow through and monitoring of delivery seems weak. Still counting the days and waiting for my package to arrive.
