WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES-COMPANY EVER! Placed an order on June 18, got email status my purchased dispatched, en route to Dhl .. till today July 9 nothing has arrived! Emailed called many time either no respond or unresponsive! Finally Yesterday July 8 they sent email stated: ‘ Order is on its way, request you to allow few more days for delivery. We assure you that it is on the way and will be there as soon as possible, ...’ Just to woke up today to see they’re refunded money to my PayPal! There not any email any Words explains!! After almost 3 weeks of waiting for perfume that I was so happy found it at cosmeticnow, after so many searches! And anxiously waiting for 3 weeks, Just to receive huge disappointment and careless unprofessional customer services!
