Do not use these people! I bought a Fanola Rebalance shampoo, the bottom of the bottle clearly states P. 05/18 and E. 05/21.....and its now 11/22 OUT OF DATE BY OVER A YEAR. I contacted CN and they asked for a photo, which I sent. They're now telling me its not an Expiry date....no other explanation just 'its not an expiry date" what is it then? Do you think we customers are stupid? That was the first time I have used this site and it will be the last. I will now contact Fanola direct and ask them what P and E means and let them know how bad "Cosmetics Now is. BAD BAD BAD customer service
