I’m a repeat customer & after placing an online order I expected to be sent an email to at least let me know you received it & of course tell me when it’s been shipped. I didn’t receive an email so I was left in limbo hoping that I’d eventually get it. I obviously received it & all was well but communication at the beginning wouldn’t go astray!
