Your delivery process for item from HK is very bad: 1. Delivery man lied. Was at home all the time. Marked item as out when I am on work from home. We were all in the house at the relevant time: myself & 3 other adults. We received 3 other deliveries that day 2. Delivery man Did not follow requested procedure 3. Delivery company customer service tried to assist but they do not understand much english & said they were not informed by sender in HK of procedure. 4. Strange that because the delivery company for other item I purchased from your company had NO PROBLEM with delivery
