Die Abwicklung war gut. Mit dem Lack selber bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Ich hatte deshalb auch bereits eine Mail an Ihren Kundenservice gesendet. Enttäuschenderweise ohne Antwort.
Die Farben entsprechen nicht den RAL Vorgaben, der Lack ist viel zu weich und verläuft schlecht. Für meine Zwecke überhaupt nicht brauchbar. Schade, dass Sie auf die Kritik nicht reagiert haben.
