Habe eine Bestellung getätigt , wurde Versand aber nicht angekommen. Habe mich dann an den Kundenservice genannt und gefragt wo meine Bestellung denn sei. Darauf kam als Antwort das das Paket zurück gekommen ist und die Erstattung veranlasst wurde.
Wenn der Kunde schon den Weg geht und nachfragt wo das Paket bleibt sollte man davon ausgehen das er es auch gern hätte , aber es wurde nicht mal gefragt ob man die Bestellung nochmal versenden soll … schreit für mich nicht nach Kundenbindung. Hätte sehr gerne mit den Farben von Cosmos Lac gearbeitet.
