I find Costa is way too expensive for what you get. They have one till, so you are cueing for a ridiculous amount of time, sometimes up to 15 minutes just to order a drink which is frustrating. The manger is nice and helpful, but not too keen on the other staff. I don’t think I’ve ever seen them smile! Food is nice but again pricey. The cakes and muffins are really good!
