The stoneground white flour and malt rye flour are a great choice for making sourdough. They mix well together, and the quality of the flour, is fantastic. The texture is thicker, and full of goodness (hard to explain), yet having tried lots of other flours, I would highly recommend Cotswold Flour over others. I will definitely keep using and taking advice from the wonderful Elaine. Thanks
