I make my own bread and find Cotswold flour excellent quality.They have an extensive range of flours for both bread making and general baking..Their range of flours are extensive and at a very competitive price.They support subscribers with advice and recipies which are excellent, and also bread making/baking videos I followed a video for sourdough bread and after previous dissapointing results in the past ,produced a sourdough loaf I was really proud of.! They welcome feedback and support their customers with offers and videos to support their bread making and baking and give personal feedback . I can not praise them too highly.I reccoment them to all bakers and breadmakers wether home based or professional
