I came across matthews Cotswold flour quite by accident, my usual brand of flour was unavailable and so I was looking for bread flour to make some breakfast rolls, I picked up the all purpose flour (unknowingly) and used it to make the rolls , the results were amazing, a lighter roll and very tasty, on checking the packaging I found that it was all purpose flour, and have continued to use it all manner of baking with excellent results, this flour is wonderful and I can highly recommend it for all sorts of baking , including , bread and rolls 👍👍👍👍
