I only buy Cotswold flour since I first discovered it. Just made a delicious sandwich loaf as my hubby prefers a soft sliced loaf. I added 50/50 milk & water , olive oil & 50/50 Cotswold Eight grain & strong white flour to get the perfect mix for his taste.
