I have been using the flour produced by the Mathews Cotswold company for a good few years now, and can say that without doubt, that the quality of their flour is superb, and also educational. The many different types of flour, and the different breads that I have been able to make, have been an real eye opener for me. Their provision of recipes for all of those various breads, have helped enormously.
