Hi thank you for this opportunity to send a review..... I am really satisfied with my product it's just what I was expecting. Unfortunately I am not happy with DHL delivery service that was used to deliver your product. I have sent them a separate email of complaint and informed them I would also be contacting your company. My package was delayed time and time again. I had to phone them several times and was told it had been put on the delivery van, then it had been taken off the van.... then it was at the collection point? Then it was at the depot and not been delivered???? Yesterday I had to drive to the other side of the city to collect it myself!! I just felt your company should be aware of this unsatisfactory service.
