Our daughter's 4th birthday took place during lockdown. I searched the internet for the kind of toys we like to buy for her - preferably ethically sourced, minimal plastic, educational, made (or designed) in the UK. There were a few options, Cottage Toys being one of them, but the challenge was to get the gift on time, knowing that deliveries take much longer at the moment. I chose to shop at Cottage Toys, not only because I like their story, and because they have a lovely range of well-thought-out gifts for children, but because, amazingly, I was helped online by James, who assured me that the gift would arrive in time (which no other company could). It arrived before the time, sent with a quicker method than I expected, which was really surprising considering how difficult it is for companies to send parcels out right now, and we are also in a remote part of the Highlands. The gifts were well received, and are of very good quality. I'll never forget the kind, and excellent, service and will absolutely order from Cottage Toys again.
