I am so disappointed with this company. It started out brilliantly- as it usually does, but with time cracks began to appear. I don't know if they are short-staffed or just don't care. There is no urgency with anything. The slightest changes seem to take weeks, and not their stated 3-5 days (which is already too long). They are not proactive, nor do they notice problems. When you do point things out, they ignore you, do not communicate and are quick to apologise- but never to actually work on the problem. Such a disappointing experience. I will not be using them or recommending them to anyone. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your holiday.
