I bought 30 kids t-shirts for my form (kids are 12/13 and I ordered that size) and the sizes came out so small that I had to return them and buy bigger sizes. I am £12 out of pocket now as cotton print wouldn't wave either of the return or the postage for the new order. Not so great service if you ask me.
