overhaul this service was ok, delivery was very fast, price was good, quality of goods was very good, however my order was incorrect, in that I ordered black Tee's both adult and kids the adult tees were correct but I was sent hoodies rather than kids Tees this mistake slowed my order to my customer down by three days as my order was due for delivery on the Saturday and you could not correct my order until the Monday causing a ripple effect making my customer unhappy, I received very little recompense for this mistake other than an offer to keep the hoodies at a discounted price, I feel more should of been done to keep as a customer considering this was my first order and therefore my first impression of the company and surely in Business first impressions count.
That said because the mistake was corrected although not ideally, I may decide on a 2nd order. Customer service is key guys, big efforts to keep customers go a long way, from little acorns very large trees are grown.
I personally in this situation, would have made sure this delivery of the missing Tees would of taken place by special delivery to arrive no later that Saturday Morning, free of charge with additional Tees as recompense although costly in the short term, this action would of guaranteed my custom in the future so in the long term this action would of been profitable, as a Former Business Development Manager with a large National Company this would of been my course of action.
Mistakes happen its human nature, its how we deal with these mistakes and how we correct them, that makes a business stand out from the crowd.
