Very satisfied with dealing with Cottonprint. There are a few minor niggles which stop things from being perfect .. I'd like to get tracking information for my deliveries when I get notification of dispatch. This allows me to check up on it and have a rough idea of when to expect the courier (each courier seems to have their own times that they deliver); also a few times I have ordered items and they have been out of stock. I have no problem with items going on backorder most of the time, but I would like to be able to see if there will be a problem with items before I checkout as sometimes I have short notice orders. Just a note against the item/colour/size saying backorder and expected ship date. Can't fault their customer service
