I ordered t-shirts that i needed next day. After receiving confirmation that payment has been processed I received an email that only one out of four woman sizes were available and some men were out of stock too. I was asked if I wanted to leave it as back order. I decided to choose something else instead as really needed woman sizes. I was then emailed that they also were out of stock. The whole emailing process took until after 4pm and so my order could not be despatched that day. I am having serious trouble understanding that a company lists items as available then goes on and takes your money after which time tells you that a lot of it is not available until September and finally takes so long emailing that the despatch time of remaining goods listed as same day if ordered by 4pm still trades in current climate. It seems out of touch. Quality of clothes is good by organisation leaves a lot to wish for.
