I have always had a good service from Cottonprint, and the next day delivery service is good. They are helpful when things go wrong, however I find it problematic when items are out of stock. When I place an order I am charged and payment taken, but a few hours later emailed to say items are out of stock. I am then asked if I prefer a replacement or to be refunded. I would prefer a system that only lets me order what is in stock. Also I often have to wait several weeks for items to be in stock, and Cottonprint do not always give dates when items will be available. This has made me look elsewhere for stock.
