I am happy with the pricing, fast delivery and telephone communication when I place an order...my only small gripes are that there tends to be at least one item on my orders that is not in stock, and often the waiting time for the items to be back in stock is quite a while....for instance, xxl gildan heavy black t shirts were ordered on 15th july but I have been told they are out of stock until the end of august, I am only a small business but I cant tell customers that they will have to wait for over a month for ten t shirts from me. secondly I have had a few seconds in my orders....one with a very small sleeve, several with bad stitching, and one with a piece of fabric hanging out of the arm stitching....unfortunately these faults were not spotted until I had printed on them so I couldn't return them
