Great service for couch disposal needs. Booked my appt. 3 days prior to my needs and, the service (load up) was very accomodating with my appt. They called the day of the appt. with a 3 hr. window but, I missed their call. Returned their call and, they were still very accommodating to still have the couch picked up that same afternoon. Good communication by the pick up (trucking company) as well and, arrived when they stated for pick up. All in all, great communication and pickup. Would use again if needed. A+ recommended.
