The two men that showed up were about to give up after only two tries. When the one gentleman called the company, they didn’t answer right away. It actually took 5 calls for the company to actually answer the phone. The young lady that answered didn’t seem to care the men were having trouble getting the furniture out the house. Because we had paid our money up front already, I made the men try again. Funny what a tilt of furniture can do. I was disappointed that no one reached out to us about the concern at that moment.
