I'd give this company a negative review if it was possible. They are a total SCAM and you're lucky if you ever receive the product that was ordered. I ordered the sofa cover and it took almost 3 months to recieve. It did not come from the US, but from China! I only ordered because I was reassured they were a U.S based company and their products came from the United States not China!!! They are horrible with customer service never having any answers. Their service team reassuring your product is on it's way and they just can't tell you where in the world your product is, because they use warehouses all over the world. NOT what I was told when I did my original inquiry. Should have googled the company before ordering. Also when I did recieve my product it was very cheap material and the packaging was ripped basically cut through. Thank God there wasn't a hole in my product, because I'd never have recieved another item or refund! Just a horrible company to work with I have no clue who's giving them 4 stars they have to have their employees writing positive posts!
