I placed an order in November for a large transit test for one of my grandsons. I previously ordered in June I lost treasure chest for my granddaughter which came to me perfect the way I requested. When I ordered my grandsons in November I specified and requested that it would be done the same way as my granddaughters but unfortunately when I received it on yesterday it wasn’t as I requested. They did the letters very small whereas I requested large letters. This is supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandson, an heirloom for him. I have four other grandchildren that I want to get the treasure box to also as an heirloom to them for me. I reached out to the company this morning before I went to work and I have not received a reply from anyone as of this moment. I am hoping that they will do the right thing and we do the box as I requested so I can have it in time for Christmas. Why would I order a huge box and have small print put on it. Again I am hoping they will reach out to me so we can fix the issue and I can in turn give them five stars and order the other for treasure chest box for my other grandchildren.
