Hi there we were on a job in Uddingston mounting a tv for a customer .We had finished the job. The tv came off the runner and slightly bashed the tv . Thus causing the tv not to work. We have paid our liability for 7 years . This is the first time making a claim. We as a company are very disappointed in the service given by Covea. Advisor was exremely rude on the phone. Chloe was laughing at us, very very unhelpful. We have spoken to two other insurance companies about this situation. They firmly agree that due to the fact that our work was completed we should and are covered fully by our PL. Thanks A J Aerials
